Escrow Professional with over 30 years of experience who is highly motivated with the highest level of customer service. Her expertise in the South Orange County areas is invaluable, giving her an advantage in the neighboring areas. Carrie’s expertise, professionalism, and knowledge give her clients and agents the comfort and reassurance needed during the escrow process. Her well-rounded experience in refinances, resales, probates, and Estate Sales, with a longtime Title experience as a Title Officer, brings much expertise to the transaction to ensure a smooth close of escrow.
During her free time, Carrie enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves the beach!

I believe in delivering high-quality escrow and title services. I have experience working with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and investors for residential and commercial real estate transactions. I am passionate about staying proficient with the ever-changing industry, coordination needs, and requirements. I welcome the opportunity to learn new skills and love enhancing my accounting, business management, and real estate knowledge. I am also a certified active listener and a skilled multi-tasker, with strong office administration and communication skills. I am a professional that loves
to utilize my knowledge and provide endless detailed support to my clients and team.
